Elizabeth Dewey has been a dance instructor for ten years and is a certified pilates instructor. She has danced for over twenty years, competed in various competitions and has completed dance courses in: dance history, ensemble, anatomy and kinesiology and tech and theory. Although her recent college degree is in Communications, she has been exposed to early childhood development through college courses and years of in-home childcare. Additionally, she is certified in American Red Cross safety/ CPR training. Elizabeth has a passion for dance and ballet, and a love for children; she is pleased to bring her two passions together at Barrington Ballet.

Cindy Racinski is a professional stage director/choreographer, haveing worked in New York City, Los Angelos, Tampa, Orlando, and Miami Florida. She holds a BFA degree in theatre and dance performance, a masters degree in performance and is a graduate of Trinity Rep's Professional Training program. She has won national awards for her directing and choreography. She has performed in music videos, touring stage productions and locally with Trinity Rep, Gamm Theatre, and RITE. Cindy is a homeschool mom living in Barrington.

Barrington Ballet welcomes Katherine Watts (Miss Kasha)! She will be teaching Ballet I, Ballet II and Ballet III this season at the studio!

Originally from South Salem, NY, Kasha received much of her early training at Ridgefield Civic Ballet School and New Canaan Dance Academy (CT). After receiving her BFA in Ballet from the University of Utah, Kasha went on to dance professionally. She danced with Ballet New England under the artistic direction of Mihailo Djuric. While there she danced principal and soloist roles in: The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, as well as original roles. She began teaching in 1997 at Ballet New England and relocated to Portland OR where she taught before she moved again in 2002 to Salt Lake City, UT. Most recently Miss Kasha was a faculty member at Festival Ballet, Providence. She taught beginner and intermediate level ballet classes in Festival Ballet's core program as well as further developing the 2.5-4 year old creative dance program. Miss Kasha truly enjoys working with children and seeing them grow both as dancers and individuals.
